No Email From Answerbank After I Have Asked A Question!

Hello everyone

I mentioned this a few weeks ago that since a few months I have to look at AnswerBank each day to see if I have had a reply to my questions. Before I got an email when someone answered!

As I said before I went through my profile and ticked everything including the 'email box' but that did not work, Someone told me to email the Editor and I did that but the email failed to get there.

I have been with AnswerBank for years so cannot understand what has gone wrong - I am looking now at the bottom r/h corner of this reply box as I type and there is an 'email when I answer box' and it is ticked

Who is the person to ask and how do I contact them.

For each question that you want to receive emails on, have to clicked on "Subscribe" (top right hand corner of question).

Have clicked subscribe NOW on this question (it did have unsubscribe where you said!

Have tried everything I can and have clicked sunscribe on this question. Contacting editor only comes back as email noy known!

Thanks Barry and everyone I will just leave it and look daily at ABank as I usually do anyway.

Moggy, if your emails to the Editors are failing I'll report this to them.   They don't work at weekends so you won't get an instant response but at least they'll be aware of your problem.

Your e-mail is correctly typed in your account settings ? Maybe delete & retype & save, to be sure ?
