When can a baby recognize itself and other people in a mirror? My baby gets very excited when looking in a mirror but Im not sure if she knows its herseflf or thinks its another baby.

Studies have shown that up until 2yrs old a baby will be excited at seeing another baby but they will not realise that it is them !
