Islay Day 6
Whilst there is still some growling from the Colin and Jess (himself seems to have calmed down a bit lol), things are moving forward quite well. The oldies are letting Islay sleep in their beds with them (not that they always have a choice), she semi walks well but toilet training is a real issue in this weather - we seem to have discovered that she will go when she sees C&J go - which is brill but they don't want to go as often as she needs to go - oh well onwards and so forth

My younger daughter (teacher) has just acquired a Cocker pup (ridiculously called Rex). She was going to wait until Summer, but the people who had bought him decided they couldn't cope and returned him to the breeder..........
She also has 2 teenage kids and a 12 yr. old Sprocker bi*8ch - who has livened up considerably. Rex (such a cutie) is brilliant iin the house, but toilet-training is slow and a bit erratic. Just the wees though and she has a tiled kitchen floor. Idiot child is taking him and the kids off on a week in their caravan next week........
All will be well in the end - and so will Islay. 😉
