Holy Moly. Just wazzed up a large batch of this seasoning in my food processor. Ever heard of it before? Me neither. It is very similar to the Canary Islands Mojo sauce that they use to sprinkle on their salted baby potatoes. This will be an accompianment to the Jamaica Goat Curry done in the slow cooker for tomorrow. This seasoning is delicious on it's own.

I find a lot of things in recipes that I've never heard of. Many I doubt I'd find in local shops/stores. I think it's deliberate on the part of the recipe poster.

Sounds worth a try - what spices are in it Retro ?

I guess it would be easier to buy goat meat in the South East(London?) than in the rest of the country.

Whats it taste like?

Chicken, Sandy.😀
