The IDF have simply got to finish the job & the quicker the better. Alternatively, why doesn't Hamas surrender ?

yep they must exterminate Hamas, end of.

Just there to fool Biden and his advisers, surely.

Nasty trick to play on the Palestinian civilians though, I heard they were celebrating assuming a Hamas acceptance meant it was going to happen.

I think I read that Hamas would return 30 Oct 7 hostages as part of the "deal" when in fact they may be holding up to 100.

How can that be acceptable to Israel? (relatives of the 30 may pressure the Israeli gov but what about the other 70)

No the IDF should go into Rafah and exterminate Hamas in Gaza.

Israelis don't want peace.  Apart from their actions in Gaza they have been gradually taking over the West Bank.

There are now more than 750,000 Zionist 'settlers' occupying Palestinian land there.

They  talk of 'facts on the ground '.  This means that whatever happens in the future they consider this land theirs and they'll never give it up.

Remember the Israeli motto from years ago? Every Israeli citizen is a front line soldier. The IDF will have no hesitation in flattening Gaza and everybody in it, even the hostages. They want rid and they'll get rid, and the hostages will just be collateral damage with a memorial tablet erected to them somewhere in Jerusalem.

That was a brave post Sandy.

But, I agree,,

I doubt this fight will ever end,,

And after the actions of the Hamas terrorists on 7th October last year, why should they?

All started by the Hamas terrorists on 7th October folks. They and the Palestinian people opened a door that day, they have to accept whoever comes through that door. The IDF came through that door.

what kill ratio is acceptable - anything below another 32 000 ?

Where are Hamas and the hostages?  From what we see on TV all of Gaza has been enrubbled - surely they can't all be hiding underground.

yes (I think) they are ( underground)

and yes flattening another part of Rafah wd / might kill a few hostages. and kill alot of Arabs. I dont think this is uppermost in the (Israeli) cabinet's mind (*)

(*) Let me say that this cabinet is filled with some of the most merciful, wonderfullest, honest ( only a few indicted) upright men that walk this earth
