IF Paul Bearer is really the manager's name (and not just made up for the question) I wonder which came first The Undertaker or the Paul Bearer? (real name William Alvin Moody apparently)

Once again, just pick the obvious, tada! Paul Bearer is a stage name of the manager, like "the undertaker" isn't the real name of the "wrestler". They do that in WWE.
