Is It Possible To Set An Alert On My Phone For This?

Is there a timer or reminder I can set on phone which will alert every 36 hours, forever?
 

I can't seem to set a reminder for this number of hours

Could you set a reminder on your calendar, repeating every 3 days?  I don't have an iPhone

I would set an alarm that goes off at say 9am and select Monday Wednesday Friday. Then another one for 9pm on Tuesday Thursday Saturday.

My phone allows multiple schedules like this

Are you sure, that's really weird interval. Standard dosing interval lists from several countries have a huge number of options but I cant find one that lists every 36 hours, probably because it will be quite disruptive unless you pick maybe 8, 9 or 10.

Diflucan is one that must be taken once every 72 hours a few times before taking once a week for some people.

Fentanyl patches can often be changed every 72 hours.

You haven't said what device but on iPhone & iPad you can create a repeating reminder set to 'custom' which you can set as 36 hours

But 72 hours is a lot easier - you take it at the same time every 3 days. Not sure why you keep mentioning 72 hours (3 days) barry?

I have tried taking everyday but the side effects arnt great - makes my sinuses feel hard all the time, a bit like they are made of plastic 

I have tried every other day/every 48 hours but it's not frequent enough the inflammation gets worse so all I can think it try every 36 hours.
