Hi there I had annual diabetic bloods done last week I got a phone call from reception staff to have phone appointment with GP on Friday. It was to do with my HBA1C of 74. I am on Metformin, Jardinance and Agloptin I'm type 2 diabetic

Yes.  If you are diabetic around 48 is ideal, yours is high

It means that your control cd be better - have you taken the advice of the clinic ?

You should ask for a referral to a diabetic nurse specialist, and a specialist dietitian. You really need some proper input.
