Hernia Operation

Well had a hernia repair operation today. Wow very painful. How new mums cope with a caesarean and looking after new born I don't know? Mind you I suppose they are young and I am old 😳

Thank you ladybird. Its bed time I really feel it, I am not good sleeping on my back and on either side hurts like hell.

Have you tried placing a pillow under your belly?

When I had my hernia op I found it a Godsend to have a pregnancy pillow for my belly, meant I could sleep on my side.
