yeahder first digit (0) is a line-clearer - so the outside dialler wd start 044...

cuts the phantom call rate by 90% - if it aint a 0 then it isnt a dialled number.

( At this point I can see why Andy wickers " why do you make abstruse complex replies on AB which is meant to be light, fun loving, mimsy and easy on the eye".)
