This website is UK-based. UK marriage certificates don't show where the bride and groom were born. Further, as long as there's no fraudulent intent, anyone is free to use whatever name they want at any time and for any purpose. (So, for example, I could call myself John Smith on Monday, Amelia Brown on Tuesday and then get married as Herbert Anstruther on Wednesday; it's perfectly legal here).
