Onself and youngest brother used to play a lot of Chess... sometimes over time when he'd visit etc... (on going game sometimes) Glass and frosted chess board etc. Which I still have. When I questioned him about it he said "we both know that chess board belongs to you."

Glad I went yesterday!

Weather awful today. We just had one heck of a thunderstorm which totally flooded the greenhouse . Went in to find the tortoise doing back stroke.  Poor little sod he will have to stay in the conservatory tonight.

I'm spending the day renewing all of tintin run new wood new sand and a new tunnel from the inside of the greenhouse to his out side run. I can't believe what a mess one storm could do.

Enjoy the game tonight.  I  won't be watching it all just channel hopping to see what the score is.
