It might be do hot that conditions could be dangerous for the athletes.

Wouldn't that put the hot favourites at a disadvantage?

If Paris is proving too hot for the little dears, Lord help them when the games are held in a country nearer to the equater.

 

If they can't stand the heat they should stay out of the kitchen.

Wasn't the World Cup in Qatar held in the cool of the evening?

They should tone it all down a bit, all this running about and jumping over things can't be good. Now cribbage, dominoes, darts, snooker, chess ....etc - proper sports!

Maybe; but Qatar ain't Paris; and early evening ain't unusual for a football match, nor is it really night.

 

I blame global warming.

And what about the 2026 World Cup?  It will be staged in Canada, Mexico, and the USA, in June and July.  That could be warm, too.
