There Is A Leak
Coming from blue cold tap to my machine. I'm on my own, but I've turned it off. I don't have anyone to help. Will I need a plumber ?

When you say "blue cold tap to my machine" do you mean the cold inlet hose(is colour coded blue) to your washing machine? If so is the leak right by the connection to the washing machine? Isf so again, then either the white/cream nut needs tightening or more likely it needs disconnecting and a new washer(pink or red fibre ring inside the connection nut). If you do remove it you will see a sort of gauze filter iside the connecting nut. If this is bunged up with lime scale or rust then get a new hose and replace it.
N.B. the washer may be a black one.
