I was thinking of the chap who worked in the Palace of Westminster who received such a message.  Not only did he send the requested material he also provided the phone numbers of others he thought may have been interested.

I once received such a message asking me to send pictures of my **** (I put in the asterisks, but effectively I was asked for lady garden pictures that begins with a "c").  I sent them a pic of my ex.
