If you've already paid for it they want to refund you £4 and let you keep the item. A £4 discount, if you like.

If you want to send it back, refuse the offer and ask how you can return it.

Where have you got to send it to?

Let them know you want to return it and get a full refund.

JJ you could accept the £4 back and keep it but then give it to a charity or a friend as you don't want it. How does that sound?

I do recall this happening before I bought a picture for my wall and it was too small - I contacted them to return it and they told me to keep it for good for nothing.   would that be the same thing  I'm getting a wee bit greedy here LOL

As BARRY has read it the £4 is a discount but I have had offers where its been the price left to pay.

Either way, you want a full refund.

Different companies have different returns policies.  As you have simply changed your mind you might have to pay to return it.
