This New law removing the 15 year time limit on the eligibility of Expatriates to vote in UK Elections could potentially add 3.5million votes to next weeks GE.And the way Brexit has mucked them about because of living in the EU . They ain't gonna vote Tory.   ....Believe me.

a lot of political ya-ya and the civil servants on both sides negotiated a mutually beneficial compromise

Yep, I remember "Labour isn't working". There was one million out of work when that poster was doing the rounds, then, within 2 years of the Tories gaining office, the unemployment figure was three million.
