joe biden's age is clearly a big problem... trump's grip on reality has long been weak 

is it time to prevent people from holding political office once they are past a certain age? it is much harder to be rid of them otherwise.

The minimum age of thirty-five applies at the date of inauguration.

If the same reasoning were to apply to an upper age-limit, someone could be a day under that limit when inaugurated and serve for four more year.

The point is the question of being mentally fit to lead a country being based upon being under a certain maximum age but under the scenario I gave, that upper limit would be exceded.

Why is 'Dr' Biden allowing her husband to be humiliated in this manner. Does she grave the reflected glory and a desire to be The First Lady - that's  narcissism.

 

It's frightening that either Biden or Trump could be President, but on the current showing Trump must have it in the bag.

a maximum age does not need to work the same way as minimum and inam more interested in the principal than detail because it is unlikely to happen 

i just find it astonishing that so many of the people who control the USA are so ridiculously old and obviously flagging... not just biden and trump but also the evil mitch mcconnell and nancy pelosi.

Yes, Untitled.  I think that a lot of us could agree with you on that.  Such a huge country with such diversity  - and the politicos ensure that they end up with the candidates before us.

^^^it's truly worrying that these two are best America has. On the one hand you have  somebody who seems to mean well, but is clearly in the grip of dementia, and on the other hand you have a megalomaniac.

I dont see why the retirement age shouldnt be the same for everyone. Those staying on are just making it harder for younger people to rise.
