how to get clock out of dash

Is it the 216 with the long laminated piece of wood with the clock set in it? If it is then open the passenger door and then get a large screw driver and pry the wood out from the dashboard. You may want to put a piece of cloth between the screwdriver and the dash to prevent marking it. Also make sure the screwdriver is pushed at least an inch behind the wood otherwise you'll split the wood or laqueur. Once there is a big enough gap behind the wood to get your hand in, pull the rest of the wood away from the dash. The clock is attached to the back of the wood and there you can change the bulb/clock. NOTE: These can be bloody awkward and although I've changed 100s of them I did manage to break one bit of wood so do it at your own risk!! Good luck ;)
