Same as a uk bbq, except done in Sweden.
We're having this shortly, when the bbq gets to the right, errr, temp?? It's smoking like a smokey thing at the mo. We have lots of stuff to put on it but the main thing I'm looking forward to is Crayfish. They're already cooked but will be bunged on the bbq anyway.
We were going to go out to eat but the weather has been so great today we decided to chill with a bbq, having been out on the boat to an island where some swam (not me, brrrrrr) and some just sunbathed

Surely not?
A proper UK barbecue only has just two types of food, viz:
(a) pork sausages that are so over-cooked that they could be sold as charcoal ; and
(b) frozen beefburgers that are so under-cooked that food poisoning from trying to eat them is almost inevitable.
In the highly unlikely event of any other type of food finding its way onto the menu at a British BBQ, everyone present is legally obliged to declare it to be "foreign muck" and to refuse to eat it.
