watched it again for the 100th time,this film is in my top ten.its a real heartwarming film that i can relate to in almost every way.anyone agree?

Very much so. I saw it at the cinema by accident back in nineteen ninety whatever it was (i walked into the wrong screen) and have been a fan ever since. Was recently in the states and managed to pick up the soundtrack CD, which is great too.
I think that it has moments that everyone who has ever been away from home, had a lousy job, had a new girlfiiend, had friends, had doubts, had changes, had comebacks, had weekends in your old hometown, had parties, had second thoughts can relate to.
I remember the first time I watched it thinking that the young girl in it was going to be something big, and look how Ms Portman turned out.

she out staged everyone in this film even though everyone else is realy good too.i stand in front of my vast dvd collection most nights trying to choose a film that most suits my mood,this gem never lets me down.
