Why Do Most Of My Paypal Payments List The Word 'Luxembourg'?

i was just looking through a statement from 2015 & i noticed a lot of payments have some kind of name - sellers names from online shops etc - & then the word Luxembourg - why is this?

Ive got nothing to do with luxembourg.

it started about mid 2014 & it stops beginning of 2018

Anyone know what these are? There must be nearly 50+ of them!
Theyre mostly small amounts, & could easily be stuff ive ordered online, but i cant trace what theyre for.

Is this some kind of fraud?

PayPal is based in Luxembourg so the payments were channeled through there.

Since Brexit the payments should show PayPal UK Ltd.

No fraud
