An Hour From Stoke

My son recently passed his driving test and has aquired his first car. He wants a family day out with his G/F, daughter and myself now that he's got a bit of independance, but doesnt know where.

Looking around for somewhere thats relativly cheap for a family, that toddlers could enjoy as well as the adults and about a hour (2 hours at a push) car ride from Stoke. (hence my Dudley zoo Q)

If it was up to me, I would go Blackpool but his missus hates the place. I know that its dirty, run down and seedy but...something for everyone😁

I see what you mean about the prices at Chester Zoo, nailedit. Are there any farms nearby that have visiting . The little one would probably like to see the animals.

Lol Tills, was there a few weeks ago. Great day out for kids AND adults. (Well...adults that are still kids) Check out my FB page for the photos and vids of me pretending to take my granddaughter on the massive slides when in reality it was ME that wanted to go on them 😂😂

Southport on Severn is popular for day trips, quite a bit for kids,  take a picnic unless you fancy fish and chips

Think we have decided on Knowsley Safari Park  for tomorrow.

An hours drive away, relativly cheap etc.
