Am Losing Sleep Over These Dingbats!

There are still 3 not really resolved so I have tried to give a more detailed description in case anyone has any more ideas!  There is no theme, so it could be any phrase, saying, word or name.  I will find out the right answers in October and will let you know, in the meantime, any further help is much appreciated.  Thank you. 

1)  Big black lower case ‘e’ with small white number 8 on it – detailed description:  The letter ‘e’ (Lower case) in ‘Cooper Black’ font at size 200 … then on the thickest part of the letter (in the middle on the left), is printed a white number 8 in ‘Ariel rounded’ font at size 18

 

2) A horizontal line with the word ‘conflagration’ under it in lower case.  Above the line is a heart shape (just an outline, not solid black) followed by a solid black arrow pointing right to the letters ‘i n g’  in lower case each letter bigger than the last (so growing, not rising).

 

3) A box with 2 STEP  3 STEP  4 STEP  5 STEP  6 STEP listed in a column (ie not in a line) inside it, then outside the box in the middle on the right hand side 1 STEP

I think 3 probably is Take the first step but I do like the idea of One Step Beyond. Madness I know
