I'm 32 and I always get cramp at my aerobics class - is there anything I can I do to avoid it?

"Cramp is what you get when exercise causes a build-up of your muscle's waste products. The best way to avoid it is to warm up before exercise and cool down afterwards. Also drink lots of liquid before you exercise to prevent dehydration, which contributes to the problem."
