effing 3 weeks but that is so much better than my sister who has got another year to wait for a knee re placement.

Its all wrong.

Well, for when you are back 'in it', nailedit - so glad you have a date and it is not too far ahead.  

Historical note - many ships from the Spanish Armada were wrecked around the UK - many sailors survived and had positive lives in the local communities.  My family has an Irish branch -family spoken history says that once a Spanish sailor was wrecked and settled with an ancestress.

Shipwrecks can be left behind and can be the start of something good, in other words. So many of us are on your side, remember.  :)

Ask about ongoing support with your past trauma,  it will increase your chances if you can be helped with dealing with it.

Don't think that way,  the fall out with those who care about you would be horrendous,  it's obvious from comments elsewhere they are struggling but they would rather that than lose you because I promise you they will feel so much guilt even if they are not to blame in any way.

You may feel your death would end pain... But you love your family, and I don't think you would do anything to hurt them so terribly.

THEY WILL NOT BE BETTER OFF WITHOUT YOU!
