What artist(s) do wish that you COULD have seen but never got round to it?

For me it would be Queen. One of my regrets in life that I never got to see them live.

Had tickets for Leonard Cohen, but was cancelled when they found out his 'accountant' had done a runner with his money.

Had tickets for a Pavarotti open air concert, but was cancelled when he first took ill. Told to keep our tickets for the following year, but alas he never made it.

Saw Fleetwood Mac at Maine Road , Manchester (City's old ground). I'm a big fan and although the music was brilliant the stage 'show' was lifeless. Well, it was 2 or 3 weeks after seeing Queen at the same venue. Wow!

Sissel.

James Last.

I`d like to have seen Bob Marley.  I wouldn't have minded seeing Queen in their early days.

Bowie in his Ziggy years

The Smiths. Not sure why I didn't manage to see them in the 80's but I didn't

Queen

Hall and Oates

The Verve

Talk Talk

Deacon Blue

Bee Gees

It would be The Stones for me.

Who knows how much time there is left?  For them that is .......... not me  ๐Ÿ˜

We got tickets to see The Carpenters at Wakefield Theatre Club, sadly she died just previous to the date.

I had tickets to see the Floyd and Dire Straits twice but work got in the way..... ๐Ÿคจ

There's only one possible answer for me . . .

Would have liked to see Queen, The Four Tops and Genesis.

Did get to see Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Hollies, The Spinners, Russ Abbott while with the Black Abbotts, Argent, Morecambe and Wise and most of a band called Hawkwind, at a mates wedding, most if you probably never heard of them, one minor hit record and then disappeared into a haze of drugs.

Pity we can't edit posts, nearly got to see Kylie, my mates son plays  guitar for her when touring.

I've seen Bob Marley, Marvin Gaye, Diana Ross, Supremes, Isaac Hayes, Whitney, hang out with Elton John at his mansion, seen a few jazz artists like Dianaa Krall, Ann Nesby, a few reggae artists but I would have  loved to have seen Michael Jackson.

Bowie for me.

I saw Queen in 1975 and got a red rose from Freddie Mercury - he threw a dozen into the audience and one landed by me ๐Ÿ˜

Bruce Springsteen when he was hot and hungry. I couldn't afford the £145 tickets when he played a few years ago near us. Now I wouldn't go see him, I think like many oldies he's lost his voice.

Dr John

Live don't worry me much. Been to a few concerts in my time but I don't find the "atmosphere" really adds much, and getting nowhere near the stage is a minus.

So, no one really. Happy to see the professional vid after the event.
