That poor woman.   What kind of life will she have, now that she knows the truth of what happened to her, at the hands of the man she trusted.  

A man who would do that to his wife does not deserve to live in civilised society. 

As for the othermen who took advantage of the woman's plight, they are just as bad.  I hope their mothers, wives, sisters and daughters disown them and never acknowledge them as human beings again.

That made me physically ill when a first read about it.  It is unbelievable and that lady is being incredibly brave both attending court in person and going public.

Having lived there - many French men, especially in the country district I know - have a very different attitude to women and sex, Barry 17.46.

At a hugely respectable dinner party, the host (in his 60s) asked me in a spirit of genuine enquiry if I wore a 'string' - he would like to imagine it.  OK that's fairly harmless.
