I assume there are no family members who can help you.
You presumably have a mortgage at present; have you asked the lender whether they would increase the loan?
Or (but this may be difficult as you appear not to have much equity in the house) you might be able to get a "self certified" mortgage, which is one where you specify your income yourself and it is not checked. Alternatively, you may possibly be able to get a loan.
For either, you need to see a mortgage broker or financial adviser, rather than going to a high street bank.
However, in practice I presume your husband's income will have to be used to pay the instalments on the mortgage or loan and he needs to consider the implications of this in relation to whatever commitments he has to the bankruptcy receiver or trustee.
