At last week's Labour party conference SKS demanded an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and "a return of the sausages", then immediately said "hostages".

Is his mind not the job?

Sausage and Hamash. 

This has been on here a couple of times now but his mind is probably on where his next freebie is coming from and how he can try and hide the evidence.

His speech was sponsored by Walls Sausages.

Jeremy Clarkson has been talking about this.  He says people who read speeches from autocue are concentrating on the autocue and remembering to morph their faces into the appropriate expression to fit the rhetoric at the right time, and are consequently not speaking from the heart.  Starmer's mind is on the job - just not the job he's trying to convince us he's doing.

Since he corrected his slip of the tongue his mind obviously is on the job. [correcting your slip in making this claim]

Someone should remix the speech into a dance tune. It sounds like a dancefloor banger to me.
