Spoons are now treating Guinness 0% as a soft drink.

So with every meal deal the Guinness 0% is the same price as a glass of coke or lemonade!!

Bonus!! Quids in!!

only problem being you have to go to spoons!

May be worth tying next time I'm there.

The curries and draught beer ain't bad there. Granted the noise and uncleaned tables are a bit off-putting, as is trying to find a free table if busy.

Are you a bit of a snob bed(s)nobs?

i dont think so.  My local spoons is rank

So you are happy with Spoons this week?

Last week they were fiddling scumbags.

Some pubs charge the earth for soft drinks anyway.

Hoppy, Spoons I have found to be a little sneaky with some of the wording on their menu cards!

The other day I was partly to blame! By not wearing my glasses! And trusting the barmans honesty!

In the end they admitted they'd made a mistake !!

Today I was wearing my bins!! It felt as if I'd turned the tables! Guinness 0%  can cost up to a sky diver in many pubs!! I paid £1.35.

Thats it, I have no more to say on the subject!!!

Just thought I'd add: I've now tried (tinned) Guinness 0%. Unimpressed. Thin, weak, wouldn't bother again.

Persevere, OG, it may build you up from your weakened state. :)

I've dined in local 'spoons a couple of times and the food was excellent but the ambience left a lot to be desired (and if that makes me a snob, so be it).  I wonder what the 0% guinness is like.

It's fine.

I haven't been to a Weatherspoons for at least a year, but my quibble would be pricing.

I don't know how much they charge for lemonade.

I like to drink dry cider.  To keep the alcohol limit down I drink quite a few bottlesof non or low (u 0.5) alcohol every week.  I smallish bottle costs about £2.  A 2L bottle of 5% alcohol costs £2.  Reduce the price as well as the alcohol??
