Yes, Auntypoll, people are allowed their opinions - and I've given mine.

I'd go for the Pink abbey.  I would be more concerned about you wearing black next to your face as if you have pale skin or red hair, black is a big No No.  Yes, I know I've said this before.

I go for the jeans.  French women told me repeatedly that English women should not wear black near their faces - it doesn't suit them - but I think that was aimed at us older ones.  A  bit of clunky, colourful jewellery would offset the black.

Not just the English they should have said Jourdain, anyone with a pale face.  

Would like to see a full length photo of all 3 items, difficult to say from that photo

I think you might be a bit too "chunky" round the waist for the pink or the brown, so best go with the blue jeans, as they seem to skim the waist best.  

I think it's the pleats and ruffle tied waist having too much material making the cream trousers look chunky. Abbey might be slim-waisted for all we know. Jeans look good and maybe pink. It needs clearer image
