Stand Up Comedian?

Hi all I'm trying to remember the name of a Stand up comedian that on stage dressed as a Cockney Southerner baseball cap white trainers etc... He were very cheeky with his audience as well. any ideas would be greatfully appriciated.

I think he were in his thirties, about ten years ago but dressed as a teenager... not harry enfield.I can't recall what tv show he was on either. He did do his own stand up live gigg shown on stage. sorry for being so vague
