Change My Ab Email Address

I've had to change my main email address. How do I notify AnswerBank of this for the notifications of threads?

The previous one I can no longer access,** so the notifications must be piling up in there, plus every thing else I can't get at, I shall have to notify everyone a real pain in the whatsit !
