I have discovered a cookery website with medieval recipes. I am going to try the medieval gingerbread, oddly, it isn't baked ,but left to set. I think it will be very interesting to taste something that was made all those years ago. www.godecookery.com

I make a lemon pudding which is from a Tudor recipe. Delicious it is aswell. Not tried medieval recipes though!
