Dispute Over Apartment Booking
Looking to rent an apartment in Spain.I did a search on internet. A few results came up. One was one by a company called Holidu. Saw a apartment for the dates I required. Jan 2025.Booked the apartment,in April 2024. Was advised the apartment was on a apartment agents books. I have reason to cancel. I've notified the apartment agent of the cancellation.Initially they have told me as more than 90 days have past they can't refund to my credit card? Would I send them my banks BIC and IBAN which I did. They replied the BIC was wrong. I checked and found it to be correct. emails have been going back and forth for over a wee. With them stating different reasons they can't refund. It seems they're stalling. Looked at section 75, but as I booked through Holidu maybe the 3rd party clause would scupper my section 75 claim. Thoughts please.
