Did you speak to an actual human customer service rep?

yes ! not a bot

That's nice.

I copied the "On a personal level . . . " sentence and ran it through Google.  I found this, from 2019:
https://i.postimg.cc/Cxp0PSfL/Amazon.jpg

The use of the exact same wording (including 'for' where, I suggest, 'your' would probably be better) makes me think that the text might have been generated by an AI chatbot.

it might nonetheless be a genuine form letter where the staff fill in your name and the thing you called up about. They don't seem to be asking you for anything or offering you anything.

Maybe they get so much stick on the phone that that was sent as a genuine comment to a nice caller.

Naah I had something similar and I was in full sarcastic witch mode.  They are throwing everything into the mix to keep customers after a couple of years of bad press and the rise of the Chinese giants.

I think it is the equiv of "the bug letter" of old sent to passengers who found fleas in their overnight accommodation

nice bug letter tho

and at least she didnt ask for money ( I am forbidden to write "loo-loo" as the slang is to hard for ABers)

unless you half quoted it
