All in my cul de sac. Between the different neighbours it's been non stop since 6 pm.  Thick fog now

Been very quiet around S/E Coast area.  A few bangs a bit earlier but nothing much.  They may start at midnight of course.

All quiet here. The local bonfire was on Sunday at  5.00 p.m. exactly so animals could be kept in and the fireworks were of the subdued type.

A few bangs earlier this evening. No bonfires. Mostly celebrated on the weekend. Not even a bengal match here.

Everyone must be sitting in their armchairs - popcorn in tub , waiting for the US election results

Hate popcorn

It's been all rather Lulu here - BOOOOM BANG A BANG since it went dark until just a half hour ago. And as i type this, i can hear a few distant booms.

The chap in the avatar has explored each and every dark inch of the living room in order to escape the explosions - to no avail.

I just heard a bit of a boom, it's been pretty quiet since shortly after 10pm. It started at around 4:30, and there was a bonfire and fireworks display up on Plymouth Hoe.

there was a big one, 20 minutes, by the river on Saturday. We went to the roof of a high rise across the water to watch it and could see another dozen or more around the horizon from north London to the South Downs.

Well, it's supposed to stop at midnight and I must admit I can't hear any fireworks at the moment but hope I haven't spoken too soon.

There was a display going on at my local pub and the fireworks that I could see from my living room were lovely, but as they opened there was a big bang that lit up my garden.

20-odd years ago fireworks used to go from the start of November right through Christmas and New Year. There's been a huge reduction.

I agree with you, jno

the AB posts complaining about them ran for a similar length of time...
