I've just had a Roman weekend. Watched Gladiator last night on dvd . And went to the cinema this afternoon to see  Gladiator 2 . Just as good as the first Gladiator.  The continuity of the story was well done and believable.

I think I'll need a recap of the first one, think I watched it twice when it first came out, but even though the edited version is shown on TV often, just never bothered with it although I did like it.
