In the bigger picture I wont. Unless there is a reformation within Islam itself, then its ideological opposition to Judaism, plus Christianity, Hinduism, Sikhism, Buddhism, Shinto, and every other religion will continue.
It is in one sense fortunate that the Middle-Eastern oil will run out before long, the revenues from which are funding so much violence and contributing little to the world.
Do the Lebanese people really want peace or are they happy with the way things are with Hezbollah more or less in charge of the country. Saw some going back to their homes in the south yesterday, Hezbollah flags waving out of cars and trucks, people including women shouting praise be to our martyrs. Many are brought up from young children to hate all things Israeli and it would be almost impossible to change their minds.
