Does anyone have any views on Registry Cleaners and their use? Are they to be recommended, if so which ones?

registry mechanic I have found previously can be good. However with XP its a bit cranky so maybe you might exercise some caution ie review its suggestions before actioning them. Basically if your not sure its ok dont do it.
