As sister is still in hospital - and can use the broken left arm a bit better but not walking well at all. In the bedroom she has one station on TV to look at all night as there is no remote control. My nephew has sent away probably for a Universal Remote control but nothing has come back yet.
She has a great wee radio of her own in her own house (largish) which she can handle really well and I am thinking of bringing it up to the hospital and plugging it in for her and away she could enjoy the radio for a few hours.
Whilst she has the feeding tray to the left of her (which is the injured side) - the radio would need to be on her right but there is nothing to hold the radio.
Anybody have any idea of anything I could buy to hold the radio and for her to have acces to it which I know will help her as she is a "radio" person./
Thanks for any answers.

The staff will purloin one when you are out of the ward or asleep. Usually to give to someone else or so that they can operate a tv that they have access to. If you take you own remote in you will need to guard it well.
So she's in a care home in a room to herself. Have you asked the staff for the remote to the tv? I am fairly certain the tv will also have radio stations.
If the staff can't find a remote for the tv, would this radio do? It's small enough, can run off batteries and the mains. Can't her feeding tray be moved to the right of her?
