I was thinking of ways to ease a dictator out of office.

Someone might be quicker to go if he could rifle his countries treasury, then go and see out his days in exile.

I believe Portugal once provided that service, as did Switzerland.

Saudi Arabia has been, historically, welcoming of those dictators with islamic leanings.

Mrs Al-Assad was born and raised in London so perhaps they will be able to use this as a way to land on these shores.

^. Ah, yes.  Idi Amin, though his refuge can't really have been to his taste.

Apparently he fled to Russia. 

Enough said.
