Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Scottish Field Error In Big 2024 Crossword

Advice wanted. I have completed the Dec Scottish Field crossword but there is a mistake!! One of the across clues refers to the honour Ally McCoist received in the 2024 (OBE) but it intersects with the down clue referring to the new recotr of Edinburgh University, Simon Fanshawe, The trouble is it comes off at the "m"! Both clues are definitely right but McCoist didn't get the "M"BE, he defiitely got the "O"BE

What does one do in situations like this?

Yes he did mallyh, however the crossword is about 2024 and Ally McCOist received the OBE at Windsor Castle this year having been awarded it in the birthday honours. I should have put the clue in full.

Ally McCoist was given this at the 2024 Birthday Honours.

I'd enter the M as it si the answer that the setter has used, albeit in error.
