Bookmarks - Is There An 'All In One' Separate Software Or App Etc?

I use quite a few different browsers & i'd like to have a sort of 'central' all together Bookmark function, one that can be used with all the browsers so all the bookmarks are the same for all.
I copy them across to other browsers but not all of them are capable of using each others files so theyre all scattered around.
Is there perhaps a windows one, that will work no matter what?
or some other software or app that accesses them & keeps them in one place?
I know many extensions have versions for many browsers but theyre not kept all together.
Thanks :)

I use Google Chrome as a browser and it transfers my bookmarks to all my laptops.

Haven't used so can't recommend but could be worth trying

Here's one that installs on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, or on your device, and has a free version. https://raindrop.io
