It's not WHAT he's done, it's the WAY that he's done it. Some of the decisions may (or may not) turn out to be right; saying one thing to get elected and then doing the reverse is dishonest.

Starmer, Reeves, Cooper, Kendall and Raynor all vowed to help the WASPIs, Raynor even called the money "stolen", and yet when in Govt all of a sudden they don't deserve the money (I don't know whether they deserve it or not, but that's not the point).

 

Two months before the GE Starmer was giving Sunak grief over whether the Tories were going to withdraw the WFA, and then as soon as in Govt they removed it.

 

They promised no tax rises, and it is wholly disingenuous of Reeves to insist they haven't when the Employers' NI hike and threshold reduction will mean lower (if any) payrises - its a tax via the back door.

 

They inherited a growing economy and yet have managed to screw it up in 5 short months and there's a real risk of recession in the New Year.

 

Reeves is economically inept, Starmer is weak, Raynor is beyond thick and the Govt is proving to be a disaster - they are disgusting hypocrits.

It has now become quite clear these five people were using the WASPIs to meet their own ends, they didn't give a tinker's cuss about the cause, and that when in Govt had zero intention of compensating them.

 

All five of them are disgusting.

 

I really wouldn't have minded had they not shown their unwavering support when in oppostion, but I just simply cannot bear the rank hypocrisy

I did say I thought he would be gone by Xmas, probabky not going to be exactly correct but I cant see him hanging on.

Wes seems to be positioning himself and I would have thought he was a much better bet for Labour.
