Painter - E Paedz Kalicly

Can anyone pleeeeease help!!! Trying to find out about this painter - E Paedz Kalicly. My mum has had painting for some years and asked me to try and find something out about this - Anyone any ideas - I have tried other sources without success. Painting involves gent shoeing a horse and children playing in a courtyard like setting with chickens etc by a river/stream, surrounded by lots of trees. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

never heard of him - you sure it isn't just a joke mispronunciation of 'he paints quickly'... Is it an old painting? (I mean like centuries old?)

Not a joke!!! Painting is signed - think mum only had painting about 30 years.
