No thank you, it's a personal question I didn't want to be public. 

I was just curious if they operate 24/7 or do I need to wait for my reply until tomorrow? I already contacted them.

I am pretty certain they won't be working today. Even on normal working days I think they only look in occasionally- I assume they look after other sites too. Members sometimes comment that thier emails to the Editor or messages via contact us are not responded too very quickly (if at all in some cases)

Quenched, The Editors aren't around set hours - they may or may not be around at any time.  I can't say when you're likely to receive a response from them but if there is anything the mods can do for you just give a shout in Editor's Blog and whoever spots it will do their best to help.
