I agree, you should get some CDs to practice, I got some from morrisons and they were quite helpful, a lot of the questions however are common sense, so as long as you remain calm you should hopefully be ok.
The hazard perception is harder, because its something that gets easier the more driving experience you have, so id say try and take some lessons before you do it and remember that as long a you dont get silly with it you can pretty much click as many times as you like, so for example if you see a pedestrain on the side of the road you can click just incase!!
