I can tell you No.7 brands has to be one of the best! 😃

Eeek...at some of those prices I'd keep my wrinkles thank you very much. 

Another vote for No.7. They have specific ranges for age and their staff seem to have been well trained to advise.

If you can't afford the more expensive brands I've always found Aldi or Lidl brands to be very good

Olay Retinol 24 Night Face Cream. 

I wear the night cream during the day.  Apparently retinol thins the skin smoothing out fine wrinkles.  I'm not worried about that as I'm 68 and want to stay as unwrinkly as possible for as long as possible.

It's usually half price in Sainsbury's at £19 although sometimes it's 2 for £38 in which case I then buy the matching serum which is also good.

my mother, my sister and myself have been using Astral from when I was 18 years old and we all have pretty good skin.  Don't know about mother but her skin was beautiful at the time and I have been admired for mine.  You do need to start young though   LOL

I use Nivea and I been complimented on my skin at 52.
